Reliving happy childhood memories is always a lovely thing! I saw The Lion King 9 years ago at the same venue, (Sunderland Empire). We started off with a singalong to Any Dream Will Do to get the crowd going, into practicing the claps for We Will Rock You. So we started off with We Will Rock You which really got the corwd going! Then we had the likes of Matilda Shrek, The King and I, Six, Newsies - (omg, the choreography), Les Miserables- where you could hear a pin drop, The Bodyguard- showing off Melody Thornton's insane vocals, Wicked - after it just announced that Laura Pick will be taking on the role of Elphaba in the upcoming tour of Wicked, Ain't Too Proud - the life and times of the temptations, Hamilton, Aspects of Love, ending with Mamma Mia. Some standouts for me were of course, my favourite which is Wicked, Matilda - those kids and the whol...
